I purchased the customizable Kelly black stiletto heels with suede soles and an 8.5 cm heel, and I’m so happy with them! This is the review I wish I had read before buying, especially since I’ve had some disappointing online shopping experiences in the past. I’m a newer dancer (about 7 months into heels), and I’m genuinely very satisfied with my purchase from Joheela!

Sizing:
I typically wear a size 8.5 (US) / 39 (EU) in most shoes, but I ordered a size 40 and I’m very glad I did! I could probably have even gone up to a 41 and still been comfortable.

My measurements:
Left foot length: 24.3 cm
Right foot length: 25 cm
Width (both feet): 23 cm (within the “normal” range)
Note: my second toe is longer than my big toe

Definitely follow Joheela’s size guide! Their advice is spot on, especially from size 39 upwards, where their shoes tend to run smaller. It’s totally normal to need to size up by 1–2 sizes.

Break-in & Comfort:
I previously danced in a 7.5 cm thick heel for my first 6 months and recently transitioned to an 8.5 cm stiletto. These felt comfortable right away, no break-in period needed, which was such a pleasant surprise! I also love the laces, which make it easy to adjust the fit and feel really secure while dancing.

Shipping:
I was honestly impressed with the shipping timeline! I live in Canada, and the shoes were made, shipped, and delivered within 12 business days.

Cons:

I emailed customer service to confirm sizing before purchasing but didn’t receive a response.

The laces can leave slight imprints on my feet after class. It doesn’t hurt or bother me personally, but it’s something to be aware of.

Overall a happy customer!
