I took the 3.5in because I'm starting heels and I had long classes of 2-3 hours. My previous ones of 4in were a bit too high for long classes and the insole had no cushion. The Joheela heels have a small cushion that makes them extremely comfortable. The 3.5in is perfect for someone starting and with long classes. I want to dance in them all the time! Be careful on the size though, I wear 40 usually, but I should have taken 41 (like my other joheela pair) because they can be a bit hard to close. The leather adapted to my feet though, so it's comfortable now!
The shoes are sooooo beautiful! With the 3.5in heels, I can dance for 2 hours in them and not be uncomfortable. One of my toes is a bit tight and gets red, but with time the leather is adapting to my foot. Completely worth it!

I received and danced in my pair of heels. Absolute comfort, great quality and the size is perfect. I usually wear a 39/40 depending on the shoe. I ordered a size 41 on Joheela because my foot is very thin. I was a bit apprehensive about the size, but it's perfect!

2,5 years ago I bought a pair of LOU with a chunky heel. It didn't have a zipper back then and I had much issues putting the shoe on, it took me 10 to 20 minutes to get them on (no joke). I ended up wearing the shoe very little. When I found out the Lou has a zipper nowadays, I immediately decided I wanted to buy the shoe again, because I genuinely like it. And I'm happy I did. Putting the shoe on was so easy this time and it feels comfortable, providing enough support (for me). Also, to go for a bit of difference, this time I bought the 8,5 cm stiletto heel. This is my first stiletto heel EVER in my life but it immediately felt...well, perfect! Dancing with (chunky) heels improved my confidence and stability walking on heels a lot. That's why I think the stiletto heel now feels like natural. I even regret not having bought my first pair of LOU immediately in stiletto!
Even though the stiletto is 1,5 cm shorter than the chunky heel, I think beginners are better off choosing the 8,5 cm stiletto, since they're lower. I honestly do think that helps, since I had more balancing difficulties with my 10 cm chunky heels. But that's my opinion =)
