Important information

  • Please note that for exceptional reasons, we will not be able to receive your return parcels from Monday May 13, 2024 until Monday May 27, 2024. In order to ensure the safe receipt of your return parcel, we kindly ask you to organize the delivery of your return parcel so that it is delivered before May 13, 2024, or after May 27, 2024.

  • It is also preferable not to submit your exchange or refund request during this period.

  • For orders delivered between April 13th and May 27th, you have exceptionally 60 days from the delivery of your order to return it to us. This so that you are not penalized by this exceptional situation.

  • If you wish to make an exchange and receive your new pair as soon as possible, we recommend that you place a new order with the options of your choice and request a refund for your current order.

  • All returns received during this period will be stored at the depot or post office where possible. They will be collected and processed from Monday May 27, 2024.

How do I return my parcel?

  • Enter your order number (e.g. #JHLA00000) and your e-mail address in the fields below and click on "SEARCH".

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.

  • Size doesn't suit you? Consult our size guide to find the right size to exchange.

  • Return requests are automatically accepted except for the following reasons, which are subject to approval: "Wrong item" - "Damaged or defective" - "Other".

  • You will automatically (or after approval for the reasons concerned) receive a confirmation e-mail with shipping instructions and a return authorization form to include in your parcel.

  • Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition (see examples here : is my return acceptable?). The soles must be clean and free of all traces of use. Please clean the soles thoroughly before returning your pair.

  • Please note that we do not provide return labels. You are responsible for return shipping costs (return address in France). Please follow the instructions below to return your parcel.

  • To return your parcel, you can go to your nearest post office or use the Colissimo service on the La Poste website (La Poste customer account required).

  • For a more economical return, you can return your parcel to us at a relay point ("Bureau de poste Jean Jaurès à Sartrouville" only, see below) with Chronopost/La Poste's Shop2shop service.

  • Please note that payment for the return label is your responsibility as indicated on our returns page.

Economical return with Shop2Shop :

  • For more economical returns from Metropolitan France, you can use Chronopost/La Poste's Shop2shop service to return your parcel to a relay point. We do not accept returns to Mondial Relay / Relais Colis.

  • If you choose another relay point, we will not be able to collect it, so please make sure you select the post office above.

You can also return your parcel with the carrier of your choice and frank it yourself if you have more advantageous rates. In all cases, please choose a delivery method with tracking and without signature to facilitate the delivery and tracking of your package.

We advise you to send us the tracking number of your return parcel by e-mail ([email protected]) so that we can follow its delivery.

Here are a few other things you should know:

  • Returns must be made within 30 working days of the delivery date (unless otherwise stated/Christmas period).

  • Your return package will be processed within 5 working days of receipt by our team (unless otherwise stated/Christmas period).

  • Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition (see examples here : is my return acceptable?). Soles must be clean and free of all traces of use. If this is not the case, we reserve the right not to exchange or refund the item. Please note that if we refuse the return, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to you. If you have any doubts about your pair's eligibility for returns, please feel free to send us photos of your pair by e-mail to [email protected].

  • Exchanges have the same production/shipping and delivery times as a normal order, to be taken into account from the day we carry out the exchange. Once the exchange has been made, you will receive an e-mail indicating that the exchange has been carried out, as well as an order confirmation for this exchange with a new order number. You will then receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the tracking link inside when this order is shipped, as with any regular order.
